Ingredientes;
- Chocos
- 1 ramita de perejil
- 1 puño de cominos
- 30 ml de vinagre
- 30 ml de aceite de oliva
- 2 dientes de ajo
Preparación;
Podemos acompañarlos con papas guisadas o arrugadas y ensalada.

Method;
First, we have to prepare a sauce for the cuttlefish. To do this, we will put; two minced garlic cloves, cumin, parsley and vinegar into a cooking morter and then we have to mix and mash it , when we have already obtained the sauce we have to put it in the cuttlefish, and we also add a drizzle of olive oil. Then we put the cuttlefish on the grill and let it cook for about 30 minutes, turning continuously.
We can serve with cooked potatoes and salad.
