Ingredientes;
-250 gramos de harina
- 180 gramos de azúcar
- 125 gramos de mantequilla
- 1 sobre de levadura
- ralladura de un limón
- 5 huevos
Preparación;
En primer lugar, vamos a separar las claras de las yemas de los 5 huevos. En un bol batiremos las claras a punto de nieve. Y en otro aparte, vamos a mezclar las yemas con el azúcar y lo vamos a batir con la batidora hasta obtener una masa consistente. A continuación, añadimos la mantequilla (debe estar previamente derretida) y continuamos removiendo. Tras la mantequilla procedemos a añadir las claras de los huevos y la ralladura de limón y lo batimos todo. Por último, vertemos la harina en el bol, ayudándonos con un tamiz. Junto a la harina debemos añadir la levadura.
Cuando la masa adquiera una forma homogénea, procederemos a depositarla en los moldes. Es recomendable usar moldes especiales para magdalenas, para que éstas adquieran la forma deseada. En el molde colocaremos un papel de magdalena y sobre éste pondremos la masa, tal y como podemos ver en la foto.
Horneamos las magdalenas durante 30 minutos aproximadamente a una temperatura de 180ºC. Es recomendable precalentar el horno, y dar calor sólo por la parte baja del molde durante los primeros 25 minutos. Por último, damos calor por la parte superior durante 5 minutos aproximadamente, y ya estarán listas.

When we have an homogeneous mass, we will put it into molds. It is important to use special muffins molds. In the mold where we are going to place the cupcake we have to put a muffin paper and then add the mass, as we can see in the photo.
Finally, we have to bake our cupcakes for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. It is advisable to preheat the oven.
