Ingredientes;

- 1 sobre de levadura
- 200 gramos de azúcar
- 4 huevos
- 30 ml de aceite de semillas
- 1 limón
- 1 vaso de leche entera
- 1 lata de melocotón en almíbar
- 1 lata de nata para montar
Preparación;
(*) Tener en cuenta que la duración de la cocción es aproximada y que puede variar según el tipo de horno. Por lo tanto para estar seguros de que no se nos quema, debemos mirar cada 10 minutos, para comprobar que se está cocinando correctamente.
Antes de colocar el relleno debemos partir el bizcocho por la mitad, y colocar sobre la masa, con la ayuda de una brocha de pastelería, el almíbar del melocotón, como mostramos en la foto. A continuación procedemos a rellenar el bizcocho.
Y por último, para decorarlo, hemos cubierto todo el bizcocho con nata montada y lo hemos adornado con rodajas de melocotón y perlas de pastelería.
Antes de servir debemos dejar enfriar en la nevera durante una hora aproximadamente y listo para servir.

Then add the flour and baking powder, as we continue whisking. When well blended, add the cup of milk and zest of 1 lemon. Finally, add the oil and continue beating until the dough is ready.Then, we must prepare the baking bowl. To do this, with the aid of a napkin, butter must extend across the mold surface and then above must sprinkle flour. We're going to put in the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.

For the filling of the cake, we will use the peaches, so we must cut it into small pieces and mix with whipped cream, as seen in the picture.Before we put the filling from the cake in half, and place on the ground, with the help of a pastry brush, peach syrup, as shown in the photo. Then proceed to fill the cake.
And finally, to decorate, we covered the whole cake with whipped cream and we decorated with peach slices and pastry beads.
Before serving we allow to cool in the fridge for about an hour and ready to serve.
