Ingredientes;
(para 4 personas)
- 5 Huevos
- 1 paquete de aceitunas con pimiento
- 1 lata de pimiento rojo de piquillo
-1 lata de atún
- 1/4 Lechuga
- 200 ml aceite de oliva
- 10 ml Vinagre
- 1 diente de ajo
Colocamos 4 huevos en un caldero, añadimos agua y los cocemos, hasta llegar a ebullición. Una vez cocidos los pelamos y los partimos por la mitad (horizontalmente). Posteriormente separamos las yemas y las colocamos en un bol.
Por otro lado, preparamos una mayonesa casera. Para su elaboración, colocamos en el vaso medidor de la batidora electrica un huevo crudo en el fondo, ponemos la batidora sobre el huevo y añadimos aceite de oliva. Comenzamos a batir muy lentamente, haciendo pequeños movimientos arriba y abajo, cuando la mezcla adquiera consistencia añadimos un chorrito de vinagre y un diente de ajo picado y continuamos batiendo.
(*) Cuidado la mayonesa es un alimento muy delicado debemos usar huevos frescos y la masa debe quedar consistente.
A continuación, en el bol en el que teniamos las yemas añadimos la lata de atún y mezclamos todo. A esa masa añadimos la mitad de la mayonesa que habiamos preparado y revolvemos.
Posteriormente, rellenamos los huevos con la masa obtenida ayudandonos de una cuchara. Encima de cada huevo, ayudandonos con una cuchara ponemos mayonesa y para decorar una aceituna y un trocito de pimiento.
Presentación;
Colocamos en el plato en el que vamos a servir los huevos hojas de lechuga y colocamos los huevos encima.

Then, we fill the eggs with the dough obtained, we can use a spoon. On the top of the egg, put mayonnaise to decorate, an olive and a bit of pepper.

Put in the dish in which eggs are going to serve lettuce.
