- 10 filetes de cerdo
- 5 cintas de bacon
- 1 lata de piña en almibar

Preparación;
En una bandeja ( especial para cocinar al horno) colocamos los filetes de cerdo, previamente sazonados. Los vamos a colocar en posición vertical, como vemos en la foto, junto a ellos colocamos una rodaja de piña y un trozo de bacon , repetimos en mismo orden. Y a continuación, lo amarramos todo con un hilo de cocinar, de manera que quede bien apretado.
Y le ponemos por encima, aceite deoliva y el jugo del almibar de la piña.
Dejamos cocinar al horno, durante 45 minutos aproximadamente a una temperatura de 180ºC, vigilandolo en todo momento, para que se haga bien.
